Odejobi O. J graduated from Ladoke University of Technology, Ogbomoso in the year 1998 with a Degree of Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Chemical Engineering. He proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife where he had a Degree of Master of Science (M. Sc) in Chemical Engineering in the year 2005. After his graduation, he worked as an Energy, Engineering and Environment consultant at the Triple “E” Systems Lagos between the year 2005 to 2007. Odejobi O. J joined the services of the Department of Chemical Engineering, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria as an Assistant Lecturer in the year 2007. He proceeded with his study and he bagged a Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D) in Chemical Engineering in the year 2011 at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He rose to become a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Chemical Engineering, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, in the year 2014. Dr. Odejobi O. J had his Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship in the Department of Chemical Engineering, King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals, Dharan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia between the year 2013 to 2014. The research focus of Dr. Odejobi O. J has been in the areas of Applied Thermodynamics, Chemical Process Design and Development, Renewable Energy Generation and Solid Waste Management. Dr. Odejobi O. J. has served in various capacities in the University Management. Prominent among his services to the University is the Head of Department of Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Technology, Obafemi Awolowo University between August 1, 2017 to July 31, 2019. During the period, Dr. Odejobi O. J worked diligently to direct the affairs of the Department to secure a full National University Commission (NUC) Accreditation for the Department. Dr. Odejobi has supervised many Undergraduate thesis. He had also trained ten (10) Master of Science Students and Two (2) Ph. D Students. Dr. Odejobi O. J is currently on Sabbatical leave in the Department of Chemical Engineering, Landmark University, Omu-Aran, Kwara State. He had his research outputs published in reputable academic and scientific journals.

Areas of Specialization: Applied Thermodynamics, Chemical Process Design and Development, Renewable Energy Generation and Solid Waste Management.
